Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and ship it within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery and plan accordingly!

Every package is packed with insulated with dry ice to keep your chicken frozen and fresh during transit. Because our products are perishable, we highly recommend having someone available to receive the package on delivery day, especially in the event of any unexpected carrier delays.
